Alfonso Salazar states: ''During the Formula 1 speed trials this afternoon (October 29, 2016) the time being 1:25 in the afternoon, an unidentified flying object flew over the Hnos. Rodriguez speedway from west to east at an altitude of approximately 10,000 meters. The UFO flew at a speed comparable to that of aircraft. It was highly visible, as the sky was completely blue. Witnesses to the UFO's transit were on the orange stands to the lefts on the main track, and the UFO went off toward the eastern part of the city until it vanished from sight. It is worth noting that UFOs have been seen flying over the same speedway during other events, at times remaining static overhead. On one, occasion such a report was even transmitted live over Brazilian television.''

Eyewitness states:

1. I was outside visiting with neighbors enjoying a beautiful clear night with the moon shining brightly. 

2. Looked up at the moon and saw a reddish object moving to the left of the moon.

3. First thought a drone, but it made no sounds and was late at night.

4. The object appeared to move in a straight line from line from right to left with no change in altitude. At times it appeared to change intensity and size of the light.

5. We all felt the object was some kind of an UFO. Some believed it was a flame others a drone or helicopter, yet there was total silence.

6. The object slowly drifted out of sight behind.

A tourist recently filmed a ''cloaked'' cigar-shaped UFO flying across the sky over castle ruins in Tulum, Mexic in May 2015. 

The video shows the cigar-shaped UFO blending with the clouds. 

The cigar-shaped UFO is a classic example of a ''cloaked'' UFO that disguises its presence by hiding in the clouds. It appears as a series of flashes moving from left to right in the clouds

Witness statement: ''My wife was lying on the beach near the Tulum archaeological site when she saw weird mysterious flashes in the sky, so I took my camera and filmed the sky for a long time. At first glance I saw nothing than clouds but after looking the video again I noticed some strange flashes in the clouds.''

Teotihuacan in Mexico: Mysterious Ancient Pyramidal Complex

The huge ancient site in Mexico called Teotihuacan, the ''Birthplace of the Godes'' or ''Where Men Became Gods'' in the Aztec Nahuatl language was supposedly built by the Toltec people about 100 AD. However, it is possible that at least aspects of this site are far older.

Some researchers say that non-human entities ''feed'' off mental energy that we produce humans in altered states of consciousness, for example, meditations, excitement, extreme emotion, fasting, etc. Such energy is called ''Psi''. It is possible explanation for the appearance of UFOs in mass concentrations. Moreover, the photos of random UFOs may be because the object passed so fast that was imperceptible to the eye, or perhaps because vibrate in another range of light that our eye does capture, as the infrared spectrum, for example.''
