Mysterious explosion in the sky photographed over California

Residents of Southern California flooded social networks during the night with publications wondering about a mysterious flash of light seen in the skies early on November 20. Most witnesses described the phenomenon as an ''explosion'' in the early morning sky. Whatever it is, law enforcement agencies throughout the region are not saying anything. What happened in the skies of California?

The local news agency KTLA reports that the phenomenon was observed throughout Southern California, with reports of residents moving from Long Beach to San Diego and into the interior of Riverside. Whatever the event, it must have been great. Twitter was full of curious and curious publications from the residents describing what they had seen and asking others if anyone had an answer. ''We definitely saw two rays of light in the sky this morning on Vern's dog walk,'' posted a user named Rob Webb. He managed to capture an image of the phenomenon, an image that definitely
makes the event look more like a streak, possibly suggesting a meteor event in the atmosphere.

The Space X launch that scared Southern California, December 22, 2017

The latest Space X launch sent residents in Los Angeles into a frenzy after a mysterious white cloud formation was left over the southern California sky.

Jerry Ferguson in the Penguin Air and Plumbing spotted the incredible streak of light shortly before 6:30 p.m.

           

People were wondering if it had something to do with UFO, Project Blue Beam or alien technology.

Witnesses claimed the rocket appeared to break up, but Space X claimed the rocket launch was a success.

But this was not a typical rocket launch. In order to carry it's payload it needs to be ascending ''upward'' not flying horizontal with the horizon. If the rocket launch was indeed a success as Space X claims, then why wasn't the public alerted to the fact that they were going to get a spectacular light show with an approximate time, to stop people from calling 911 when they couldn't explain what they were seeing.

The explanation for this spectacular light show is just a cover story...

This UFO sighting over a farm was filmed by UFO Seekers on 05/26/2017 while on a UFO stakeout in Meridian, CA located south of Bakersfield. We were at the location due to multiple eyewitness reports of strange activity in the area. Did we finally capture the Meridian UFO?

ISS would have been over this part of the USA at 8:24 PM. This sighting occurred at 8:33 PM.

''I was in my backyard in Fresno, Ca. I was taking random photos of the sky just before and during sunset. The weather was warm with scattered light clouds. I did not see the object in question. I only saw the object on my photo after I uploaded it to my Mac Iphoto. I was very surprised and taken back when I captured another UFO on my photos. This clearly did not look like a typical plane. This object was ovals/disc shaped and solid black with no windows, wings and not sound. It must have travelled fast since I did not see it. I was the only person in my backyard. This happened on November 11, 2016 around 6pm or so. I have over 200 photos of UFO's that I have when I take random photos of the sky. Some photos have one other may have three objects. I do not have photoshop. I own a Nikon D3300. I have also included other photos to share.''

UFO caught near Edwards Air Force Base, California

Eyewitness states:
''We were driving East, passing Edwards Air Force Base and I noticed an object traveling very fast across the highway. It had a wobble to it because the suns reflection wasn't constant and it couldn't be seen unless it tilted. I happened to take two pictures of it while it was reflecting the sun with my Canon digital camera. I have raw images that can be examined further, but will only submit a jpeg at this time due to the size of the raw image. It was moving too fast to get a good focus and I did not have time to make proper adjustments to capture a moving object.''

Mysterious light seen streaking across California sky, July 27, 2016

Southern California witnessed streaks of fire across the sky on Wednesday evening, July 27, 2016.

Youtube states: ''What appeared to be 2 burning bright lights amazed citizens of California, Utah, Nevada and Arizona on the night of July 27, 2016 @ 9:40 pm. The lights burned across the night sky for several seconds leaving an impressive ''stardust-like'' long trail behind it, and one witness says he heard a ''boom'' about 5 minutes after it had disappeared. This event looks eerily similar to an event that occured 24 years ago over the eastern US, which WAS a large meteor that fragmented and one of the fragments crashed into a parked car!''

Eyewitness states: ''On Wednesday, June 22, I was on a boat fishing trip with my father. We were on the North Fork of the Yuba River. On this day at about 5 pm I took several pictures of the surrounding canyon forest. We returned home on Thursday June 23. While reviewing all the camping photos, I observed an object in the sky above the treeline in one of the pictures. I had taken three pictures within a few seconds of each other. The second picture has the object. The first and third picture of the same location have no object in them. The object looks rectangular, and shiny silver or white on one side. In the location where the photo was taken there were no aircraft in the sky and the only birds we had had seen were hawks or vultures. The area we were in is very secluded. There were no other people around, and no noise other than the river going over a rock bed.''

Eyewitness states: ''My girlfriend and I were staying in a Hotel in Barstow overnight as we made our way along Route 66 to Needles. We were in the back of the parking lot of the hotel watching the sunset and talking when I noticed this dark cigar shaped object sitting motionless in the sky. Fortunately I had a camera with me and the lens was a 70-200 mm zoom that allowed me to look at the object closer. I also shot a few frames of the object. At first the object was pretty large but seemed to be slowing getting smaller. I did shoot 3 frames of the object over 1-20 min period and you can see the object has changed shape in a short length of time. Aditionally I noticed that there seemed to be many small objects directly above the large object. These smaller objects seemed to be moving in a excited state like boiling water. They are very faint and are very close to the primary object. You can just make them out in the enlarged sections I have pasted on the main photo. Very interesting to watch them. I just wish I had shot more photos. My girlfriend and I did observe the object slowly dissipate to nothing but it did keep the general shape of a cigar to the end. Later I got to thinking about the object and the proximity of the object to Edwards AFB in California. I have included a map that will show you my approximation based on the sunset and the location of the hotel I was staying. I guess I have triangulated the possible position of the object based on my location and the sunset and the position of the object in relation to the sunset. Needless to say this observation contributed greatly to our the adventure of traveling in the desert on Rt 66.''

Eyewitness states: ''My friend Ryan, his 19 year old daughter Alexis and I were visiting LA and walked up and down Venice Beach all New Years Day afternoon, looking at all of the attractions. Just before sundown, as we were heading back to our car, we ventured off from the path where all of the vendors and artists were to walk across the sand toward the shoreline. There were thin clouds overhead and several times, I noticed a bright white light inside of them. It was in the NW sky, about 45 degrees above the horizon. It looked similar to a welder's torch in color and seemed to be hovering in place. I looked up several different times to check that it was still there - and it was. Honestly, I didn't give it much thought at the time, assuming it was a helicopter or star/planet or something mundane. And, maybe it was?
As the sun was setting and making for a beautiful scene, I snapped several pictures of the shoreline and sky with my iPhone 6. I shot from several different perspectives and one of the photos had a pretty spectacular lens flare effect that I wanted to print or use for a computer wallpaper. Today, (January 13, 2016), I transferred that photo to my computer and as I was examining it, I noticed something that I had not seen while composing the shot. Just to the left of the sun and just above the water, between two sailboat sails is what appears to be a UFO! Was this what i had seen in the clouds a few minutes earlier?
I have attached 2 photographs for your scrutiny. The photo named ''Composite'' has been Photoshopped to point out the phenomenon and also has an enlargement of that shape at the end of the arrow. The photo named ''IMG_2823'' is straight off the camera and unaltered.
I do not know that the light and the shape are related but I now have the feeling that they were. I don't expect any resolution to be forthcoming but I thought this was extremely interesting and I hope it helps MUFON out in some way.''

Mysterious bright fireball seen moving across skies above parts of Nevada, California, December 22, 2015

Dozens of people from Las Vegas to Northern California posted videos on social media Tuesday night of a bright light moving across the sky.

Some videos also apparently show what appears to be pieces of the object breaking up as it swoops across the sky.

Not everyone was convinced the flying object was a meteor, however, with Twitter users speculating that it could have been a secret alien visit or military weaponry.

According to Sott.net website, local outlet KSNV reported that McArran airport confirmed the object was not an aircraft since it was too high in the sky.
Other than a meteor, Twitter users and experts speculated that the object could have been falling space debris.
Some on Twitter agreed, arguing it was moving too slowly to be a meteor.
